Wusaki Blue Canvas and Leather Kitchen Apron
Description
Description
The apron with a contemporary design
The Wusaki apron is made from a sturdy charcoal-blue canvas. This canvas has a slight faded effect, adding a touch of style and modernity. The leather straps offer an elegant color contrast. Thanks to its design, this apron fits perfectly into any kitchen and any setting. For a touch of authenticity, the Wusaki logo is embossed on a piece of leather sewn onto the apron.
Adjustable to fit any build
The kitchen apron designed by Wusaki is fully adjustable thanks to a system of snap fasteners and buttons. Two straps, one at the neck and one at the waist, let you adjust the fasteners to suit your build. These straps adjust in two places: first with the snap fasteners, which offer three levels of adjustment, then on the strap itself, fitted with a button and several perforations, similar to a belt. The neck strap has 11 notches for a maximum length of 70cm, while the waist strap has 14 notches for a maximum length of 75cm. A simple buckle lets you fasten and unfasten the apron easily. This system is practical, since you only need to adjust the apron once and for all.
A very practical piece of kitchen wear
The apron also comes with several pockets for storing small tools or utensils. Two pockets sit at the top of the apron, measuring 14.5 x 9 cm and 14.5 x 4 cm respectively: ideal for storing a pen, for example. Two large 18 x 20cm pockets are located at waist level. They're handy for slipping in a notebook, a corkscrew, small kitchen utensils or a tea towel. The apron itself measures 83cm in height and 67.5cm in width. It offers effective protection against splashes and stains. Inside, a hanging loop lets you hang it up easily after use.
A highly versatile accessory
With this cook's apron, you'll be perfectly equipped for cooking, barbecues, service or sharpening sessions. Its versatility makes it an ideal choice for a range of uses. What's more, the Wusaki kitchen apron is one size but fully adjustable to suit everyone.
It can be machine washed at 30°C (without the leather straps). Wash it with similar colors, do not use bleach and iron at a low temperature (maximum 110°C).

Care & sharpening
Care & sharpening
Use
- Cut with a straight, linear motion. Twisting motions damage the cutting edge and can break the blade.
- Use a wooden cutting board. Glass or marble dull the cutting edge over time.
Cleaning
- Wash by hand with a soft sponge and mild soap, then rinse with lukewarm water. Abrasive surfaces are not suitable for the steel.
- Oil the blade from time to time with a neutral mineral oil to protect it.
Sharpening
- Don't wait until the blade is completely dull: regular maintenance on a 1000-grit whetstone keeps an excellent cutting edge without removing too much material.
- Match the whetstone's grit to the condition of the blade — coarse grit to restore a very dull edge, fine grit to polish.
