Shipping methods in France

Colissimo Tracked

Colissimo parcels are handled by La Poste. As soon as your parcel has left, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. This email will also include a tracking number that lets you follow the parcel until it is delivered. Please note that this particular number usually activates within 24h, so it is entirely normal for it not to be active right away. In rare cases, the tracking number may not work at all even though the parcel is still delivered. We recommend waiting a few days, then contacting us if you really receive nothing.

Depending on the size of the parcel, it may be placed in your mailbox if you are not present at the time of delivery. Otherwise, it will be left at the post office closest to you, where you can collect it with your tracking number.

Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

Colissimo Registered

This is the same type of shipment as standard Colissimo, except that it is delivered against a signature. It is a safer option, since the postal worker needs your signature to be able to hand over the parcel. They will not be able to leave it if you are absent from the delivery address.

The parcel will be left at the post office closest to you, and you can collect it with your tracking number and your ID card.

Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

Chronopost

This is a private carrier specializing in express delivery. If you place an order for in-stock products before 1pm, you can receive it within 24 to 36h. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Note that this carrier does not deliver on Saturdays, so a product ordered on Friday before 1pm will still arrive the following Monday.

Delivery time: 24h to 36h

Chronopost Pickup Point

Same system as above, except that the parcel is received by a partner pickup point. This is a convenient method if you are not at home. Chronopost Pickup Point parcels can be received on Saturdays at participating shops.

Mondial Relay

You can choose a pickup point near you from a list we provide. The parcel is delivered directly to a shop, which will notify you by email or SMS when it arrives. You can collect it against a signature.

Please note that Mondial Relay parcels are always dispatched on Tuesday at the earliest. If you order over the weekend, the parcel cannot be handled until the following Monday.

Delivery time: 3 to 7 days for mainland France and 5 to 10 days for Belgium.

Our commitments

Parcels are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48h of receiving your payment (if the products are in stock). We then send you a link that lets you track the progress of your order in real time.

Our packaging commitment: our parcels are shipped in discreet packaging, protected by padding. Special care is naturally taken with parcels containing fragile products.

Good to know

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them.

Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Each box includes a delivery note summarizing all your purchases. No price is shown on this note, so you can send boxes as gifts. If you order using a delayed payment method (cheque, bank transfer), we will wait for your payment to be received before shipping the order.

Returns

One of your products doesn’t suit you? Made a mistake? We will take back your products under certain conditions.

To return a product to us, it must be new and unused, with its packaging in perfect condition and still sealed in its blister pack (if it had one). You can return the item to us (after letting us know in advance by phone or email) up to 60 days after your purchase. We undertake to refund you within 10 business days of receiving it.
