Universal Linen Blade Guard for Blades up to 13cm

A highly practical accessory

The Wusaki universal kitchen knife sheath is made from thick linen, a fabric known for its strength. Its substantial thickness gives perfect protection while keeping the sheath thin and light, so it takes up very little room once stored in a case, for example. It works with knives of any brand.

Guaranteed protection for your knives

Thanks to this blade guard, both your equipment and you stay protected. You won't risk hurting yourself when quickly grabbing your knife! As for the blade, it's fully covered and therefore fully protected from any outside knocks. You'll then be able to store your knife safely in a case, a roll or a drawer.

For blades measuring 13 x 4 cm

The size of this blade guard lets you fit blades up to 13cm long and 4cm wide. It's therefore ideal for a utility knife or a paring knife.

An authentic style

The linen has a lovely natural beige color, with a small red dot embroidered on the front of the sheath. Choose the practicality of this blade guard, which doesn't skimp on style either.

Dimensions: 16 x 5 cm

Protection and safety

Use

• Cut with a straight, linear motion. Twisting motions damage the cutting edge and can break the blade.
• Use a wooden cutting board. Glass or marble dull the cutting edge over time.

Cleaning

• Wash by hand with a soft sponge and mild soap, then rinse with lukewarm water. Abrasive surfaces are not suitable for the steel.
• Oil the blade from time to time with a neutral mineral oil to protect it.

Sharpening

• Don't wait until the blade is completely dull: regular maintenance on a 1000-grit whetstone keeps an excellent cutting edge without removing too much material.
• Match the whetstone's grit to the condition of the blade — coarse grit to restore a very dull edge, fine grit to polish.
