The Wusaki Pakka X50 knives are the result of a combination of the best materials used in both Japanese and Western cutlery. Top-quality cuts
Each blade is made of German stainless steel of professional quality. The steel composition is the well-known X50CrMoV15 which, with a hardness of 56/58 HRC in the Rockwell scale, is widely used in Western cutlery because it remains sharp for good time and it is also easy to re-sharpen when needed. The V-shaped edge of each blade is manually sharpened with a leather grinding band at an angle of 30°, which guarantees precise and clean penetration through your foods.

The steel of the blades is enriched with moybdenium and vanadium, and its chrome content is of 15%. The result is knives resistant to corrosion and strokes, which is highly appreciated in the culinary industry. Each blade is representative of the great quality of the knives. The surface of the blades has been hammered with a press, which creates original patterns that help the blade to be less sticky to foods. Moreover, the handles of the knives in this set are made of Pakkawood, which is a composite material that is resistant to bacteria, to changes in temperature, and to humidity.

The ideal bag for carrying around your knives
It is made of black polyester, which is solid, lightweight, and durable.
The bag has 9 slots (each one is 13cm long) in which you insert the handles of your knives and accessories. Each slot is closed with a small elastic band that settles itself around the handle to prevent the knife slipping out. For the knives that are longer, a hook-and-loop fastener is available to block the blades in their places.
A polyester flap is found inside the bag, and its purpose is to provide maximum protection to your knives' blades Another advantage of this flap is that on its structure you can find 2 additional pockets that can be used for storing other types of accessories such as phone chargers, small notebooks, or even aprons. Finally, to close the bag, all you need to do is to roll it in.
