The blade is made of a German stainless steel that is widely used by renowned German cutlers. It is indeed the X50CrMoV15 steel, which has a hardness level of 56/58 HRC in the Rockwell scale. With a V-shaped edge, the blade is sharpened at an angle of 30°, which enables precise and clean cuts on your pieces of meat.
