The blade is made of German stainless steel, which is widely used by renowned German cutlers. It is indeed the X50CrMoV15 steel, which has a hardness level of 56/58 HRC in the Rockwell scale. Thanks to this material of great quality, the blade remains sharp for longer time, and it is also easier to sharpen when needed. With a V-shaped edge, the blade is sharpened at an angle of 30° that enables clean and precise cuts on your foods.

The steel of the blade is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium, and it has 15% of chromium content.
