Shipping options for France

Colissimo suivi

The parcels shipped with Colissimo are picked up by La Poste. As soon as the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email that will confirm you that your parcel is already in transit. In that email you will have the tracking number that will allow you to follow all the process of your parcel until its delivery. The tracking number might take up to 24 hours to be active, so it is normal if it does not work immediately after you receive the email. Even though it does not happen very often, it is also possible that sometimes the tracking number will not work at all despite of having been well picked up by La Poste. In these situations, we advise you to wait a couple of days, and if you see that delivery starts to be delayed, then you can contact us.

Depending on the size of your parcel, it could be placed inside your mailbox if you are not at home during its delivery. If it does not fit in your mailbox, it will be left at the nearest La Poste office, and you will be able to pick it up there by presenting a personal ID and the tracking number.

Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

Colissimo recommandé

This is the same type of delivery as with Colissimo suivi, but its only difference is that it requires a signature for the delivery. Therefore, this is a safest option, because the postman needs your signature to be able to deliver the parcel.

If you are absent, he or she will not be able to complete and finalise the delivery. The parcel will be left at the nearest La Poste office, and you will be able to pick it up by presenting a personal ID and the tracking number.

Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

Chronopost

This is a private courrier specialised in express deliveries. If you place an order of a product that is in stock before 13h00, you can receive it within 24 to 36 hours (during business days). You will also receive a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel has been dispatched. This courrier does not deliver on Saturdays, thus if order on a Friday before 13h00, you would receive it on Monday of the following week.

Delivery time: 24 to 48 hours (business days).

Chronopost relais

It is the same as with Chronopost, but with this option, the parcel is delivered to a Pick Up point. This is a convenient method if you are usually not at home. The parcels shipped with Chronopost relais can be delivered on Saturdays to the Pick Up points.

Delivery time: 24 to 36 hours (business days).

Mondial Relay

You can choose a Pick Up point near you from the list that we provide you. The parcel is delivered to the your selected Pick Up point, and then you receive an email or a SMS message notifying you that your parcel is ready so that you can go pick it up. A signature will be required when you go pick up the parcel.

It is important to know that parcels with Mondial Relay are not dispatched on Mondays. Therefore, if you place an order during the weekend, your parcel will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days for France (mainland) and 5 to 10 business days for Belgium. 

Commitments

The parcels will be prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (business days) after we receive your payment (if the products are in stock). We will then send you the tracking number of your parcel so that you can follow its transit until the delivery.

Packaging commitment: our boxes have a neutral look, and the products inside are protected with padding. Parcels with fragile content are treated with special care.

Important to know

  • The shipping fees include the costs of the preparation of the parcel, the box, and the carrier fees. The fees of the preparation of parcel are always the same but the carrier fees vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend you to order all your products in one single order. We cannot put together two orders that have been placed separately, and separate shipping fees are applied to each of them.
  • Each parcel includes a delivery note that lists the content of your order. Prices are not included in the delivery note, thus our parcels can be perfectly sent to someone as a gift.
  • If you place an order with a deferred payment option (by check or by bank wire transfer), we will wait to receive your payment before we start the preparation of your order.
